Bottom line

Two things happened in the last twelve months that broke every GLP-1 price comparison written before them. Novo Nordisk's oral semaglutide — the Wegovy pill — was approved in December 2025 and launched in January 2026. Eli Lilly's Foundayo (orforglipron) was approved on April 1, 2026. The brand-name floor moved, and it moved a long way.

Found Health's $189 is per four weeks. There are thirteen four-week periods in a year, not twelve. Annualised that is $2,457, against $2,268 for a $189 monthly price. A 4-weekly billing cycle adds roughly 8.3% to your annual cost versus what the headline number implies.
Injectable
Injectable compounded programs in our listing generally price as monthly plans rather than per-milligram, and the plan price commonly changes as you titrate. We do not publish a single figure for these because the number that matters is your maintenance-dose price, not your starting price. Ask any injectable provider for the price at 2.5 mg and above before you enrol.

The compounded market was built on a price gap. Compounded products ran roughly $150 to $300 per month against branded pricing above $1,000. At a spread of that size, patients accepted real tradeoffs: no FDA review of the product, patient-performed dose measurement, and uncertain supply.
At $149 self-pay for an FDA-approved oral, that calculation is different. Several compounded oral options still undercut it, but not by enough to be automatic, and the two that undercut it most carry regulatory flags.
Strut Health at roughly $99/month and Sprout Health both carry FDA warning letters. We list them because omitting them would give you an incomplete picture of the market. We disclose the letters on every appearance and exclude both from featured and lowest-cost positions regardless of what they pay us. If price is your only criterion, you should know why the cheapest options are cheapest.
